I'm guessing that my father was correct when he would insist (mostly on the tennis court) "Move, man!!!"
Maybe that's why I do it.

Incidentally, the name for the site comes from a nickname (Decatur) given to me by my elder brother Marc, uncountable years ago and for reasons (now) unknown. This is, of course, the tender young lad on the left.

The main idea behind this website is, on the one hand, to give people a chance to know what I'm up to, but also for me to put some order in my thoughts, experiences and photographs, so I will remember what I saw and did on this trip (that will probably span almost three months). I am not making signifcant tests on cellular phones or pads. I expect things will be readable enough, but easier to navigate on a computer.
